17000 Flights Grounded by Ash Cloud
Officials say it could be days before the skies  are safe over Northern Europe, as a giant cloud of ash continues to  massively disrupt air traffic. Just 120 transatlantic flights reached  Europe this morning, compared to 300 on a normal day. 17,000 flights are  expected to be cancelled today in the biggest flight disruption since  9/11.
